The New England Barbecue Society is happy to present a barbecue cooking class on Saturday May 1st, from 9:00am until 5:00pm at the Maynard Rod and Gun Club, 45 Old Mill Rd. in Maynard, Massachusetts.

Instructed by multiple-award winning barbecue chefs, and geared toward beginner to intermediate barbecue cooks and competitors, this class will focus on the four Kansas City BBQ Society meats, Chicken, Ribs, Pork and Brisket, and will also touch on barbecuing and grilling. We will cover; rubs, sauces, injections, charcoal, wood, and the internet.

The class is held outside so dress accordingly.

We will provide a book with the class; you might want to bring a notebook for additional notes.
