This will be a demo-style BBQ and Grilling Class with various instructors that will cover the basics of BBQ such as cookers, fuels, grilling & smoking meats, marinades and basic techniques used by competition teams. This full course will cover competition meats (Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Brisket) and some common NEBS cooking event categories as well.
Our instructors are experienced pit masters cooking in NEBS and KCBS contests throughout the northeast. A class agenda and instructor bios will be emailed to students in advance of the class.
The class includes lunch and other various samples.

Cost: $100 for NEBS Members, $135 for non-members. The non-member price includes a one year NEBS membership.
