Join us at the Swamp Yankee Cook-Off, where we're not only grilling up some of the best BBQ in town but also supporting the Wings Of Freedom Animal Rescue (WOFAR). This incredible 501(c)3 organization based in Connecticut is dedicated to helping animals in need in southern New England states. WOFAR's mission is to rescue domestic animals from shelters and abusive situations, educate the public about responsible pet care, promote spaying, neutering, vaccinations, and proper nutrition, and ultimately find loving "forever" homes for every animal they rescue. All animals in their care receive the medical attention and love they deserve, making a positive impact on the lives of these furry friends.
