NEBS is pleased to announce the return of our judging and BBQ cooking programs for 2019. We will offer the following classes:
KCBS Certified BBQ Judge Class - This certification class will qualify you to judge Kansas City Barbeque Society barbecue competitions.
KCBS Certified Table Captain Class - This certification class qualifies you to support KCBS Contest Representives in running judging events at KCBS contests.
NEBS BBQ & Grillng Class - Learn the secrets of making great BBQ from local competition pitmasters. This class will cover BBQ basics including equipment, techniques, live demonstrations, and BBQ sampling straight from the pit.
NEBS Certified Judges Class - This certification class will qualify you to judge Northeast Barbecue Society cooking competitions.
